We do not collect sensitive personal information.

We process your information to:

• Notify you when Zuko launches in London
• Respond to partner and venue enquiries
• Send administrative updates about our services
• Comply with legal obligations

• Supabase — secure database storage for email addresses and enquiry data
• Resend — email delivery service used to send notifications

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this notice, or as required by law. Waitlist emails will be deleted after the app launch period. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

We have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. We do our best to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13 years of age. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
