- Waitlist signups: your email address
- Partner enquiries: your name, business name, email address, and any message you provide
We do not collect sensitive personal information.

We process your information to:
- Notify you when Zuko launches in London
- Respond to partner and venue enquiries
- Send administrative updates about our services
- Comply with legal obligations

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — you have given us permission to contact you by ticking the consent checkbox on our forms. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
- Legitimate interests — responding to partner and business enquiries.

4. When and with whom do we share your information?
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate our services:
- Supabase — secure database storage for email addresses and enquiry data
- Resend — email delivery service used to send notifications
Both providers process data in accordance with GDPR.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this notice, or as required by law. Waitlist emails will be deleted after the app launch period. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. How do we keep your information safe?
We have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. We do our best to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13 years of age. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
